Here are high resolution Myanmar Maps created my Myanmar blogger Nyi Lynn Seck. He requested some body to make all of them into a .rar file so that people can easily download these maps. These are free maps for non commercial purpose only. For commercial purpose, please contact the map author. He only finished the State maps so I collected only the state maps and make them into rar file, where you can download these high resolution Myanmar maps.
